VENDOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in Germantown Municipal Schools.  We have attached a vendor application as well as a W-9 for you to complete so that you can be registered in the GMSD system.  Please feel free to contact GMSD Purchasing at via e-mail at stacey.fiser@gmsdk12.org or 901-752-7900 if you have any questions.
 
 
The above forms must be filled out completely and submitted with the requested attachments and signatures.
 
In addition to the above forms, a vendor may be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance.

Purchasing

Please see the following Bids /Requests for Proposal Project List from the Germantown Municipal Schools Purchasing Department. Click on the Bid/RFP number or any listed addendum of a particular bid project to view and download the details.  Projects may or may not be arranged in chronological order by the bid opening date. Therefore, projects are not necessarily in sequence according to actual bid numbers.

It is our intention to have the most updated information listed below. However, it is suggested interested bidders contact the Purchasing Department to ensure the Bid/RFP listed is the most current updated version. Bids or Proposals submitted to GMSD that are not using the most current information will not be accepted.
