BIG week for HHS athletics

With everything settling in the summer heat, HHS athletics are still going full force. Several athletic teams are competing this upcoming week for regional, state, and district championships.
With a district championship already under their belt, or in this case cleats, the boys soccer team will vie for the regional championship this upcoming Wednesday at 7:00 on their home field.
Continuing in this sprint of athleticism, both the boys and girls track team won 2nd place at their sectional meet and are state-bound.

Baseball hopes to hit it out of the park with their in-region championship this Wednesday against longtime rival Collierville, and their equally competitive sister sport, softball, will do the same at 6:00.
Girls’ tennis rises to meet their match point, having already won both their district and regional championship, with their sectional final this Thursday on the Houston courts at 1:00.
We are so proud of these students’ efforts, marking several phenomenal seasons, and their intense commitment reaching even beyond the school calendar year. Good luck this week to all.
