Grandparents invade the district: Bingo at Dogwood, Breakfast for Grandparents at Riverdale, and Games with Grandparents at Farmington Elementary School

Germantown, Tennessee--September 12, 2018--“Grandparents are important,” said Dogwood Bingo with Grandparents Night organizer Diane Perry.  “It’s wonderful to see different age groups coming together,” she said.  Hosting a bingo night was something that Dogwood wanted to do this year, and Perry brought the idea to fruition.  The sign-ups for the bingo night were very popular and the evening was a huge hit for all ages.  With a few celebrity Dolphin bingo callers, some pizza and great family, students and their grandparents competed for candy prizes for an hour last Friday evening.

At Riverdale, the Grandparent Breakfast is an annual tradition.  As usual, there was a great turnout, according to School Counselor Dr. Stacy Stevens.
