GEF is taking your Lip Synch Battle suggestions
The team of parents and Germantown Education Foundation are really pulling out all of the stops for the upcoming #bringingbackthejoy End of the Year Party for our staff. Lettuce Eat, Dino's Grill, Jim's Place East, and many other restaurants are coming to offer up free eats. If you haven't already RSVP'd, please click here.

Matt Taylor named new band director of Houston High School

Houston High and Middle Schools raise $31,105 for St. Jude
The Houston High Student Government Association was able to raise over $16,000 with the support and assistance from a very special HHS student. Houston Middle School also leans on personal connections to the children's hospital to inspire over $15,000 in seven days. Click here to read the article.

Houston High teacher Michael Robinson uses fellowship to take a journey to Poland
Germantown Municipal School District is proud to announce Michael Robinson of Houston High School as one of six state winners this year. Robinson teaches several subjects in the Humanities Department at Houston.  Click here to read the article.
Art in the Airport: Two Houston students are honored
Two Houston High School students, Krista Lebovitz and Ellen Suchomel, were selected out of over 200 entries to create a 4x3 foot canvas with the theme "Memphis music, sights and sounds."  Click here to read the article.
Houston Middle School presents the 2nd Annual Days of Diversity-“It’s A Small World"

Farmington produces another Smokey the Bear Grand Prize Winner
