Germantown Municipal Schools earns the highest district ACT average in the State

HHS Wins Best of Preps for 18th Consecutive year
Houston High School finishes off another amazing year in athletics, by winning Best of Preps for the 18th consecutive year. This win broke the record for the longest stretch in the history of the Awards. To view more, including individual winners from HHS, click here.
GMSD Night at Houston High School

Did you know that September is Attendance Awareness Month? In honor of AAM, we want to take a moment to remind you that attendance matters for every child in every grade, from pre-Kindergarten through high school. Please watch this short video from the Department of Education.

What's new in the GMSD cafeterias this year?

Classroom Crashers surprises two teachers over the summer.
Two lucky GMSD teachers,  arrived at their schools to a surprise. Joy Lustig, fourth grade teacher at Farmington Elementary and Michael Robinson, Human Geography teacher at Houston High, were treated to a fully renovated and completely updated classroom ready for the start of school. To read more or watch videos of the transformations, click here.
