Operations Department

The Operations Department oversees all of our facilities and several aspects of business operations for the Germantown Municipal School District, including maintenance, custodial, capital improvement projects, energy management, land acquisition, transportation, planning, aspects of emergency preparedness, aspects of risk management, and aspects of insurance. Our department has also been involved in committee work that has lead to major decisions for the district, including the start time committee, zoning committee, site selection committee, design review committee, custodial RFP committee, and our facilities master plan committee.
