Germantown Municipal School District uses SchoolCash Online for all school items and activity fees. SchoolCash Online helps our school district in many ways: parents can manage all school fees and items for their students and have the convenience of a secure online payment platform, and the schools improve safety and reduce risk by minimizing cash and check payments received at our schools.

This limits the number of people entering the school, reduces risk of lost payments, and allows teachers and office staff to focus on helping students and not counting cash. As well, we have configured the SchoolCash system to send out automated invitation emails to primary guardians. This email provides a link to register for your account.

Parents who have created an account and attached a student to their profile receive an automated notification when any item becomes available for their child. This will help reduce the amount of overdue and forgotten payments and make payments easy to track.
