Our team supports Community Partnerships in GMSD by working with different departments and schools to extend student learning through partnerships, increase awareness of the excellent education and innovative programs offered at Germantown Municipal School District, actively seek feedback about district initiatives, and build positive pathways for communication.

Communications Specialist and Webmaster
Communications Specialist and Webmaster
Emily manages and updates GMSD’s district and school websites, athletic web pages, and the GMSD mobile app, ensuring seamless functionality and up-to-date content. She also oversees our customer service platform Let’s Talk. In addition, she coordinates the Athlete of the Month program, handling nominations, voting, and promotions, while developing engaging stories and updates on GMSD athletics, including schedules, scores, and achievements.

Kate manages the Communications Department, which includes strategic community engagement, newsletters, media relations, websites, social media, content/media production, and district notifications. Kate also works with our Communications Intern/ Ambassador Team.

Creative Media Producer
Tyler manages the Germantown Municipal Television (Public Access) Channel and the Houston High School Television Studio. He also oversees digital media production for the school district. This work includes videography, photography, and graphics. He collaborates with our A/V production classes at Houston High.
