SchoolCash Online helps our school district in many ways: parents can manage all school fees and items for their students and have the convenience of a secure online payment platform, and the schools improve safety and reduce risk by minimizing cash and check payments received at our schools.
What’s the Difference Between SchoolCash Online and MySchoolBucks?
GMSD offers two separate systems for online payments. MySchoolBucks is exclusively for meal payments, allowing you to load funds and track cafeteria purchases. SchoolCash Online is used for school fees and items, such as field trips, class materials, and spirit wear. Each system ensures secure and convenient transactions for different needs!

As well, we have configured the SchoolCash system to send out automated invitation emails to primary guardians. This email provides a link to register for your account.
Parents who have created an account and attached a student to their profile receive an automated notification when any item becomes available for their child. This will help reduce the amount of overdue and forgotten payments and make payments easy to track.
