Lincoln Pare Named Tennessee's Mr. Football

Germantown, Tennessee-December 5th, 2019--Lincoln Pare was named Mr. Football by the TSSAA this past Monday. The TSSAA Mr. Football Award is a top honor in the state for high school football.  Lincoln Pare is the running back for the region 7AAA Champions Houston High School Mustangs. Lincoln Pare had over 3,000 yards and 38 touchdown this season and helped guide the Houston Mustangs to an undefeated regular season.  The season ended in an appearance at the final four of the State playoffs.  Lincoln will graduate as the all-time leader in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.  When asked about what winning the award meant to him, he responded, “My hard work has paid for off!"  After breaking the single season record for most touchdowns and rushing yards, he has pledged to Arkansas State University.
