At Houston Middle School on September 9, 2020, a unique professional development session took place with an entire faculty and multiple supervisors from the TLA department, including Ethan Constant. As this is his third year working as an instructional supervisor,
Mr. Constant, works with programs at both the high school and middle school and possesses a wide variety of experience.
Due to the recent changes in instructional methods from in person to online, both teachers and students have experienced drastic difficulties along with steady improvements. Unlike the smaller sessions in the past, this event incorporated a larger group of faculty members who were able to discuss different opinions and perspectives for better teaching and learning techniques. As teachers decided to engage in a more student-friendly system, the session was completely successful in attempts to discover ways to make tasks more efficient and applicable from the student end!
