Germantown, Tennessee--December 1st--Traci Spain, Executive Director of the Tennessee Association of Student Council will serve on the National Association of Secondary Student Councils Executive Directors (NASSCED) again this year. Spain was first elected to the board in 2016 and has been an active member. She made special contributions in the area of content for association meetings at which she has been in charge of breakout sessions which provide resources for members. Spain serves as the student council advisor at Houston High School and as the Executive Director for the Tennessee Association of Student Councils. She represents NASSCED Region 3 on the board.Terry Hamm, immediate Past President of NASSCED said, “It has been a pleasure to work with Traci on the Board. Any activity for which she is responsible will always be well planned and effective plus I can always count on her to be positive and upbeat. She is the ultimate team member.” NASSCED is an association of individuals from across the United States who work with their respective state student council associations to further leadership development among middle and high school students. Working together with student council advisors across the nation, members strive to provide outstanding leadership experiences at the local, state, and national level to thousands of student leaders.
