Forest Hill Elementary Celebrates Teacher of the Year with baby goats

To celebrate Jon House winning Teacher of the Year, the school brought two baby goats to the garden.

Jon House of Forest Hill Elementary School was awarded Teacher of the Year on Wednesday, January 18, and to celebrate him being one of the greatest of all time (G.O.A.T.), his fellow teachers brought two baby goats to the garden outside of the school and district office for his class to play with.

Mr. House was definitely surprised to say the least, and his students could not have been more excited to get to spend their Friday afternoon celebrating in the sunshine with these adorable creatures. Mr. Manuel came out to enjoy the fun and congratulate Mr. House as well. As the afternoon wrapped up, Mr. House was still teaching his students what he could about baby goats and how they are raised, proving just another reason why he earned Teach of the Year. Congratulations again to Mr. House!
