The Houston Choirs set the stage ablaze with their much-anticipated season opener. The event featured stellar performances from all the choirs, including the treble choir, concert choir, and Pop A Capella choir- 5th Measure. Each of these groups performed three pieces, some joined by an accompanist others A Capella, all directed by the fabulous Kinsey Healy.
While each performance brought its own unique charm, a standout moment of the evening was undoubtedly the vocal percussion solo, delivered with jaw-dropping expertise by HHS student Topher Green who is the resident beatboxer of 5th measure for a third year.
