GMSD’s cross country teams had incredible seasons

October 2023 - The cross country season is winding down, but it has been a big one for the teams in GMSD. The elementary teams from Dogwood, Farmington, and Forest Hill competed at state the weekend of October 28, and the results were phenomenal. Farmington’s boys varsity team placed 5th in the state, and Dogwood’s boys varsity team placed 3rd. The big win for the elementary school level was Dogwood’s girls varsity team who were named State Champions once again!

Up next were the Mustangs from Houston Middle. The boys and girls varsity teams both placed second in the state! Congratulations to all of these athletes for their hard work this season.
