Houston High School's Spring Art Exhibition

Houston High School is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated Spring Art Exhibition, a celebration of student creativity and expression, to be held tomorrow night, Tuesday, April 23rd. The school lobby will transform into an art gallery, where the community is invited to a special show and reception beginning at 5:30 PM.

 

Featuring a rich array of artworks ranging from the foundational levels of Art I to the advanced techniques of AP Art, the exhibition promises to inpsire. In a dedicated special showcase, each AP Art senior will unveil their individual masterpieces, marking a pinnacle moment of their high school art education.

 

This year's exhibition holds added excitement as it is adjudicated by the notable local artist, Hamlett Dobbins. The evening will not only display the extraordinary artworks but also offer light refreshments, creating a perfect backdrop for mingling with the creators behind the masterpieces. The highlight of the event will be a special awards presentation, where outstanding artistic achievements will be celebrated.
