Scenario B

Notes: An inversion of Scenario A, this two tier balance of buses was generally unpopular in the comments section. Four participants, who highly applauded this scenario, noted that if the YELLOW times were selected that this option provided for much healthier start times and were generally happy that the high school would be starting after 8:30. The majority of participants were moreover, however, concerned with the drastic changes for some schools. Approximately thirteen participants noted that the high school would simply be starting too late to provide time for after school activities and jobs.
