Scenario E

Notes: Comments about this scenario centered around the separation of HHS and HMS. Some felt this would better alleviate traffic concerns while others were concerned about the sharing of teachers, instruction, and coaches. Again, there were two cohorts (see YELLOW and GREEN) who were consistently chose later start times or no change at all. The majority of the participants felt best with a compromise (see purple and orange) of the first tiers starting between 7:30 and 7:45.
