Scenario F

Notes: During the meeting this was by and large the MOST unpopular scenario. Added as a control measure by our team, this scenario represented the closest way to “keep it the same”. While many (25%) of our participants choose to keep the times the same (see RED) they dually noted that they did not like this plan because it would make more sense to impose no change at all. 32% of the participants disliked the plan so much that they refused to prescribe any times at all. There were of course 2 participants, both from HHS, that preferred this option the most as it caused no change to their current start time. In general, the budget was considered the largest benefit to this plan.
