Notes: A flip of the two tier hybrid, this scenario placed HHS and HMS on the later start times. For some who cited healthy start time research, this was a workable solution (YELLOW). The majority of the focus group felt firmly that 8:30 was the latest the the high school could start. Many people were concerned with the growing traffic problems and noted that they were hoping for a time difference between HHS and HMS. Again, a moderate cohort cited the loss of student/family time after school.
