Scenario C

Notes: This plan was developed in the school level meetings. While it takes a moment to understand—all of our participants having attended previous meetings were well versed. Qualifying as a two-tier plan, the hybrid scenarios allow 15 minute windows between some schools on each tier to allow for better traffic flow and ease of parents who drop off at multiple schools. Scripted notes from the majority of our table captains noted this scenario as meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders. Many people also indicated that this scenario involves the least amount of change from each school.
